Rebecca took over from my previous (1st) consultant; MT. I knew her since 31.01.23. Due to works, we only officially met in early May'23. I find her very experienced and would definitely recommend my friends to her. My first impression on Rebecca are lovely, caring, shine and thoughtful girl. She thinks positively and is a good listener too. She is patients, knowledgeable and value me. I feel very comfortable talking and sharing my thoughts with her which I never felt that with my previous consultant before. I ever think why she came into my life after 12 years later!!! Hahaha 😂

I have known Rebecca for 8 years through my brother. Rebecca took over my active accounts as my past agent was not contactable. She went through my accounts and guided me on what types of plans were needed for me. She tailored the plans which were essential and ask if I was comfortable with the amount on monthly basis. When the amount was high, she adjusted accordingly. When I had doubts and needed more explanation AGAIN, she did it without hesitation. A great and knowledgeable lady with integrity. She does not hard sell and is very approachable and helpful to the extent of even helping my parents look through their plans with some explanation when I asked her for help even when the policy was with other company. Most importantly, she is always contactable and responsive as always. :)

I have known Rebecca for more than a decade where our first meet was basis of a FC-client relationship. Along the years, Rebecca has always remained genuine, humble and prompt on my policy updates. I believe because of her past experiences, she provides genuine care and concern for her clients, hoping to achieve the best for each individual so its not a surprise if most of her clients are probably good friends of hers now (that includes me!). My initial meeting with Rebecca was when I accompanied my friend to meet her for the first time. It was actually by absolutely chance that I met Rebecca back in 2012/2013 at the Pru Roadshow over at Takashimaya. My dad was just looking at the free gifts, and thats how I got my first policy with her. Moving forward Rebecca was very professional and always checked in on not only me but my parents as well. Slowly but surely she became a friend. 8 years on and I cant be happier with Rebecca managing my portfolio which has slowly grown over the years. From an NS boy's policy, pregnant wife's policy and now my daughter's polices, we know that we are in the excellent hands of Rebecca. I would rate her 11/10 across the board for all.
